Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations
If you wish to request a return, please contact us in advance by email at info@gardenroots.shop.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery only for eligible items that are unused, in their original packaging, and include all original parts and accessories.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- custom-made products
- personalized products
- sale items
- gift cards
- items that have been used
- items damaged after delivery
- items returned without original packaging, parts, or accessories
- returns requested for customer-convenience reasons, including change of mind, ordering by mistake, the item not matching expectations, or size/dimension mismatch

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and assist you appropriately.

Cancellations for customer convenience are not accepted once production or shipping preparation has started.

Return Period
